"Perfect location. Valet parking was fast and efficient. Check-in was made simple with a smile. Nice breakfast and the 5 Oaks bar and lounge was great with 2 free tokens per night. Well done Indigo."

"Staff was wonderful. Very nice and helpful."

"Our Room was not cleaned on Monday of my stay. Had to make the bed and clean it myself. Complained and was told I would receive a 35 percent discount for that day. When I checked out they would not give me a receipt because I booked through Expedia. Please be certain I receive the discount please."

"This hotel is in a great downtown location however, there is only valet parking and the circle drive entrance is not big enough to accommodate a truck. Can be an issue for unloading luggage. The hotel it's self is beautiful. It has been recently renovated and is very quiet. We ate breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and the food was really good!!! The room was a an odd shape but nice and large. The bed was comfortable and the room had great amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel....

"Anita at the front desk was super helpful. And all staff we interacted with were fantastic. Breakfast bar was really good. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit again. Thank You"

"Hotel was in a great location!"

"The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to everywhere. The bar was great but rooms are very dated."

"The hotel was first rate from start to finish. Help with the luggage, the champagne and other treats throughout the stay, staff are friendly and helpful. Could not fault the place our room was also wonderful, we did the chef tasting dinner and it was unbelievable, so much food, wine pairing was generous, staff were knowledgeable and friendly."

"It was great stay. The property was clean. The dinner and popcorn were also very good."
