"The room itself was fine. It’s all we needed for a short stay. The hallway smelled a bit like cigarettes. The back door was propped open so anyone could go in and out, which is not right. The staff person didn’t inform us the elevator was broken and didn’t guide in on best way to find and get to our room. We took a short hike on the property and had beautiful views of the valley. There was plenty of wood for the fire pit and we enjoyed a nice fire at night. "Thousands of mouse dropping by entrance. Have to step in to enter. Cabin smelled like mouse urine throughout. Large ants everywhere. Multiple screws loose and missing from stair case in cabin. Very unsafe. We left after one night short of our reservation. We only stayed 10 hours in the place and only because we were exhausted from traveling. Host refused to refund as he said I signed up for a “ cabin experience “. What a joke !!!!"

"The house was extremely well located in proximity to the event that I was attending at the fairgrounds. Check in was a breeze and the house was cozy and inviting. The road is very quiet at night and I hardly noticed any traffic which was great for getting a thorough rest each night. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely be booking again next time I am in the area."
