"The airport pickup after our overnight international flight was seamless. The communication beforehand was excellent too. The staff were very efficient and friendly, the room was big and clean. We had a drink in the outdoor quincho terrace and ate in the restaurant - great staff and excellent choices on the menu. Highly recommend. "

"Cleaning staff very pleasant but room cleaning and supplies were sporadic. Front desk staff doesn't really go out of their way to help you. Pool is freezing. Santiago is beautiful and the hotel was in a nice location within walking distance to restaurants and bars."
