"They were remodelling. The first floor was in bad conditions, there was a leak right at the front desk. One of the rooms we were given had no sheets, a bucket in the middle of the floor, like if the maid suddenly left halfway her assignment. We were then assigned a room on the first floor, that was under remodellation and not in good condition"

"They require a $30 dll deposit cash only (I don’t know if it’s to ensure you don’t steal the crappy towels or the one glass to use in the room). At check out you have to wait for someone to check the room before they can let you check out and give your deposit back which in my case was like 20 min. Staff appears to be force to be there and thus not friendly. Facilities not worth the cost, I have stayed in better hotels for similar cost."

"After new year start charging breakfast of you want to try something inside the heating pots. Not a good experience. Almost break my charging cable inside the room while cleaning. Take it off after charging since then… Maybe okay in Mexico, but sketchy comparing to Canada."
