"Absolutely beautiful property, loved the walk from the main square to the beach. Beach was great, the option of an ocean swim to a pool swim was perfect! Pools were clean and very nice. Rooms were beautiful, so spacious and well kept. "

"wifi was bad and we had a hard time getting our room cleaned, they were always coming to do it when we were getting ready for dinner so they just gave us new towels. The food was NOT good, the buffet had the same food the entire 8 days we were there. The steak place was ok, the Italian place was ok. There were long lines for everything, they simple didn't have enough staff for such a MASSIVE resort. We stay at RIU's all the time and this by far was my least favorite :( I have never been so disappointed in all our travels and it is cheap. "

"The hotel was perfect for our last minute getaway. We loved that size of the resort... never felt crowded, never had to wait very long for food or drink. The property itself is very well maintained and spotless. Our ream was very spacious, smelled great and the bed was really comfortable. We have stayed at numerous "larger/brand name resorts" and found this resort to have by far the best service and friendliest staff. Daniel at the pool was an amazing server, Enrique the supervisor at Azul were especially friendly and great at thier jobs!"
