Una experiencia maravillosa en El Providence Boutique Hotel. Está exquisitamente decorado con piezas originales de Asia y realmente hace sentir que uno está en Bali. Everything on the property was absolutely beautiful, including the food.The staff, the pool, the rooms and the grounds. Felt completely safe.The whole time I was there with my wife. Maybe a couple more hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff up.But other than that, it was fantastico. We will definitely be back!

Privado was so cute and safe to stay inside the walled city. It is a must to stay here, it is walkable to everything. The best thing is that the walls are sound proof so you are able to sleep in and any noise or party going on outside you won’t hear. Staff is so sweet and so helpful with restaurants ect around the area. You are a short 5-7 min walk to the clock tour and downtown area. I will be returning back and staying at privado with my family.

We just stayed there and it was amazing. The place is really relaxing the food is a 5 start everything was so good. I would definitely come back.

It is a small, beautiful, colonial property with wonderful staff (front desk, doormen, cleaners, waiters). Everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and safe. The bfast was very good, the coffee strong (a french press, no espresso), and the restaurant has a good ceviche. I worked on my laptop in the courtyard one afternoon and it was amazingly peaceful and productive. The actual room, however, could be improved. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food and service were excellent! We booked two different rooms—both were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool and common areas could use some improvement, especially adding more lounge chairs, a better bar setup, and some shade by the pool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We loved this amazing bio-hotel, the suite was gorgeous, the food was amazing, the service on point. We surely want to go back.
