My husband and I stayed at this property for my birthday, and it was a wonderful decision. Top notch service with great restaurants and proximity to many attractions. One highlight was the friendly willingness and capability of James to coordinate a last-minute private trip to Portobelo for us. Our booked excursion was cancelled at the last minute. We informed James and he made sure my birthday wish came true. We had a wonderful visit!

Omar and Ricardo made a wonderful team to help us find all of the venues we wanted to visit. It's Lenny was a exceptionally good receptionist and the three of them made a great team to make our stay very comfortable and exciting. Sergio was very knowledgeable and passionate about the environment and all the little critters running around here and we thoroughly enjoyed his tour.

Hotel was very nice and a great value. Clean and updated. Staff was exceptional. Wifi worked well (phone use only). Breakfast buffet was good. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy to the suburban USA eye, but seemed safe. Note that English was not spoken at all at several of the nearby restaurants. Would certainly book again.

We arrived early from the David airport around 10am and we were just going to drop off our bags and they not only held our bags without question but then also took the time to make sure we had our room early if one was available! (Which there was!)-just be aware during their peak season it may not happen we were just lucky in the off season! The staff is SUPER friendly! Casa Bianca was very spacious for our 10 person group. Beautiful place and clean, 4 bedroom 2 bath. Property manager was very responsive. Easy entry and exit. It is around 30 minute drive to PTY airport depending on time of day. We left at 6am and it took 30 minutes. Later in the day could take longer. The price was perfect! Thank you Casa Bianca! I loved the high ceilings!

Before arrival my husband was in contact with the manager Sam. He explained how we needed three rooms, one needed to be a handicap room. At check in Sam came right up to us to advise us everything was taken care of. The check in process went very smooth and quick. Our rooms were very clean and exactly what we asked for. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and accommodating. I wish I remembered everyone’s name to personally thank them. I worked with Flora the concierge. She was very patient...
