"Rooms for our family were spotless, beds were very comfortable, breakfast had a huge variety of hot and cold items, pastries, an espresso machine, juices, etc. We were really happy with the location as well. Staff went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed, setting up a table for us one evening when we came back with takeout from a restaurant that hadn't had a table for us, and booking a taxi for us the morning we needed to leave. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Hotel was conveniently located in city centre and room just accommodated our family's needs for our stay. However noticed water still in jug and hair in shower drain so wonder the level of cleanliness. Also no mini fridge so limited food or drink storage which isn’t ideal when travelling with kids. When arriving and leaving the hotel we were disappointed that management don’t enforce a no smoking area around the door area as I find it disrespectful second hand smoke has to be inhaled by little...
