This B and B is an exquisite home. The host, Kate, was fun, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. We learned a lot and had a wonderful time. Also the Best Irish breakfast !

The staff were fantastic! Best Irish Strip Steak ever! Amazing Irish breakfast! Dreamy place!! Definitely want to come back! Only downside, was hoping to actually sleep in the castle!

When you read reviews you sometimes average the good ones with the bad ones. This hotel had no bad reviews and I must concur also, it really lived up to what we read ahead of time. The fact that it is very new makes it stick out compared with a lot of other hotels. Bed was very comfortable too compared with others. Overall a great place to stay!

We enjoyed walking around town and going in the shops. Everything was comfortable and convenient. My grandson really enjoyed the playground out back. He wanted to keep going back. The full Irish breakfast was really delicious! The service at breakfast was really good, but the Pub only had one waitress so the wait for the check was very long. All in all we would definitely go back again. Also we got there way before check-in time, but they went out of their way to get us in our room way early.

Bellinter house allows you to imagine what out might have been like to get away to your country home to escape the pressures of the turbulent 1700s. Beautiful grounds, lovely, lovingly-restored rooms, but with enough electrical outlets! Attention is paid to each guest. We ended our trip to Ireland here, but would have loved additional nights in the birdsong filled countryside.

Very nice hotel!

Very safe property with motion activated lights on all stairways, fire extinguishers, railings on stairs, things of that nature. Is close to town and very walkable. There’s a grocery store nearby, Aldi, and close to restaurants and pubs. I liked how they had French presses to do wonderful coffee in the morning.

Wonderful pool and restaurant. Comfortable spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast.

Great value, good location. Amazing shower. OK breakfast. Probably a once very nice hotel that is getting a little worn, but still a great stay with comfy beds and nice front staff.

This is an excellent choice to stay outside Dublin. We loved the hotel, our room was nice and the pub was pretty good too. Would definitely recommend

Parking is Very very very very tight, like the ramps are tight. There’s plenty of parking though, once you squeeze in. The hotel is lovely, the staff are very helpful, the breakfast is GREAT, and I like how they styled it as a fancy upscale place. But it’s clearly for families. Shower on the 5th floor was clearly my punishment for past sins because it would go from scalding to freezing over and over without changing the faucet. At 6 am. Property was beautiful. Only issue was kids not allowed in pool after 6 or 7pm. Hotel clerk recommended The Venue in Strandhill for dinner. Great seafood and best chicken wings anywhere.

Room was clean and wonderful, staff was helpful and kind, meals were okay, but honestly the prices weren't horrific so it balanced out. The young Frenchman from the Dungeon Bar (Samiel, I believe, I could be wrong) was the peak of our visit. Enjoyable to talk to, full of good knowledge and an EXCELLENT mixologist and artist with a drink.
