"Great place good value value for money amazing staff"

"I was very surprised when I walked in the hotel! From the outside, I didn’t expect it to be so nice, but it was quite exceptional."

"Great place to stay! Travelled from Canada with my partner and it was lovely! Shocked to find out there are no fridges or microwaves which made leftovers a bit tricky but it seems to be common all around the area not just this hotel so can’t complain! The staff was incredibly helpful and gave us extras of whatever we asked and quickly! Also had a water bottle refill station in the lobby which was nice and saved us from buying water. Would definitely stay here again as it is also within walking...

"Perfect, quiet location. Amazing, modern deluxe room. Huge room and bathroom. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The food in the bar/restaurant attached was reasonable delicious."

"Great hotel, great service"

"Great hotel, fantastic staff, rooms, clean and comfortable. My only gripe is that they have messed with a perfectly good Samsung TV! To the point you can’t log in easily. why? In all the places across the world, I could just log into Netflix or Prime etc, as Samsung is a great TV for this, but no! Not here, you have to subscribe to some app, and films are charged to you room if you want to watch! Just messed with a perfectly good TV. Every thing else was fine."

"Modern beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Great staff and room. Lovely buffet breakfast. I will definitely stay at CitizenM again."

"clean hotel and great location"
