I stay in this hotel for over a week and service was consistently good. The staff is very friendly and respectful. The hotel has a very charming medieval architecture and the rooms are spacious and clean. It is ideal for a long stay. Centrally located and easy access to the main attractions of the city. I would recommend the hotel, but keep in mind the distances and traffic during rush hours, especially if you plan to go far from the hotel.

Enjoyed our three nights stay at a suite at the FOUR SEASONS. Area around the hotel is super walkable for dining, shopping, etc.. breakfast buffet, added bonus. Staff all around the hotel, including the front desk and concierge are super friendly and helpful and helped us arrange wonderful tours of an arrival. Heard Zona Rosa was the best place to stay in Bogotá and I can confirm that. Everything in the area is pricey, but is well worth it and it’s super safe.

Este lugar es increíblemente hermoso… a nivel de estructura, tiene un estilo mediterráneo colonial en muy buen mantenimiento. Tiene un diseño de paisajismo increíble. Flores, árboles frutales (mangos), aves preciosas, una serenata constante de hermosos insectos que solo inspiran tranquilidad y conexión. El agua en las habitaciones es refrescante y con excelente presión. El desayuno fue espectacular, jugo, chocolate, café las 24 horas del día. Gracias a que está frente a una montaña, el clima...
