"Greetings - The facility was clean. The staff, friendly and helpful. The lady with glasses at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. I was pleasantly touched she knew my name the next day after I checked in. I am particularly embarrassed that I don’t recall her name. Said she ls only there on the weekends. I am guessing your weekend reviews are through the roof. Awesome stay for the weekend. P.S. please have your elevator looked at. Don’t wait for an incident to occur. "The front desk agent was extremely rude and had no compassion or empathy. I reserved a room online and I went to check in. When I got to my room it was nasty. I immediately start itching. There was black mold im the bathroom and holes in the wall from some type of unfinished repair. I went to inform the. Front desk that there was mold and asked if I could have another room. I was met with attitude and condescending remarks. I was told that there were no other rooms and a refund was my only option. I would not recommend this property"
