"Poolside was not open in March. Bartender had to get management to make drinks.... management took forever to read from bartenders guide to make super easy drinks. Left my kindle in room (totally my bad) but called front desk and inquired and still haven't heard back!!! Staff definitely riped us off!!!! Wonder why guests don't want them in your room???? "

Sausages overcooked and fruit was not ripe. "

"Modern, clean, beautiful. In a really great location. Rooftop bar is great except VERY expensive. Room was very small in square footage to the point that it was a little hard to have two open suitcases and move around. The small room was a little surprising. However, can’t beat the location. "

For the price of the hotel, I was surprised there was no pool and microwave. What was great: food, breakfast and dinner, it’s a clean and quiet place, close to Union train/metro station. "
