Then I had to rebook it 2 days ahead and got confirmation via whats app that it was done. However, I waited and called the front desk and basically the message therapist came at the first initial time I booked it for. So a failure to communicate on that. No AC besides a small fan but I never got too warm. Bogota is high up and it’s a lot cooler. Breakfast was ok. "
