"The Front Desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located and the room was nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities. The 360 view of Santo Domingo from the pool deck on the 16th floor was amazing at night. I would definitely stay there again."

"I love this hotel. The service was great, yosemery st the breakfast was amazing, every time she saw me she remember what kind of coffee I liked and had is ready for me.That’s service! Everyone one there was nice really! Our rooms were clean and stock, comfortable, we were in the 8th floor, next time I will ask for a higher floor because at times you could hear the car honking, but other than that it was great! "
