"Liked all restaurants and Mike’s coffee shop. Steak House Sakura, villa Marina, and Bluemoon were very good. We liked that there are many pools and many pool bars, and their highlight is the lazy river with a pool bar at the lazy river- Omar, Darius, Elberto were great pool bar staff. Maria, my housekeeper was sweet and lovely. Hector, our concierge was very helpful. It’s a large and beautiful facility with great entertainment programs. I would go back there. Most staffs were kind, energetic and pleasant to talk to. But few staffs needed service training to make the experience consistent."
