We arrived early and I asked the front desk person if they could hold our luggage. To our shock, she checked us in early and we were able to go to our room. Scott , George and the staff were always kind and made all guests feel welcome. The head manager was very helpful when I needed it and this will always be my favorite Westend Hotel. Could use a more mushy pillow, but the firm beds were great.
