"Nice place but starting to get a bit tired looking in places"

"This Hilton Hotel is superb! The reception desk people were so helpful. The room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the cricket ground, which is why we booked to stay there. Beefy's restaurant on the upper ground floor of the hotel was exceptional both for dinner and breakfast. One thing we would have appreciated in our room was a small refrigerator to keep wine, water and milk cold"

"The total has good amenities and a good gym. The food was ok. The hotel was let down by poor and inconsistent service. We were told that tables in the restaurant could not be booked in advance as that evening England were playing. This was confirmed by the person on reception, only to find that nearly all the tables has indeed been reserved when we went down to the restaurant with some of them standing empty for hours until the football started. We then had to wait about half an hour for food...

"we had a great night stay. the staff were really helpful, especially Luigi from reception and dominic on the bar. we found the location fab and spent all day at the park beside the hotel with the paddling pool. Was a bonus that the weather was so good. Thanks for a great stay, and if we are back we will def be returning."

"I didn't like it at all because you can't even use the grill. On the website it says hot tub is included but it's not like that. You only get a message after booking if you want a hot tub you have to pay extra. My opinion is that this should be attached to the website."

"Paid £74 for a room with no kettle or TV, and wasn't even ensuit, so for me the price was about £24 too much, the bathroom was right next to my room, and the girl in another room was in and out to the bathroom all night, and then decided she was going to have a shower at 6.30am and then dry her hair, the room was comfortable and there was a kitchen and TV downstairs but nowhere to sit and watch TV as. The 1 armchair was covered in laundry and I didn't fancy sitting on a stool at the kitchen...

"This is a wonderful studio apartment that is right on the bus line to Winchester and the train station in Chandler’s Ford. Bright, clean and recently renovated, it has a private entrance and is the perfect place for a visit to the area. The owner responded to all inquiries quickly, and thoughtfully provided a basket of snacks and bath essentials, as well as all the expected kitchen utensils.
