"I didn't like it at all because you can't even use the grill. On the website it says hot tub is included but it's not like that. You only get a message after booking if you want a hot tub you have to pay extra. My opinion is that this should be attached to the website."

We also queried about late check-out both on Vrbo message and emails but never got a response.
