"The Resort is 3 Star NOT 4 Star. The Resort is run down and dated. The rooms are also very dated and dirty. The bathroom was dirty, the floor was covered in previous occupants debris with food droppings and other things. The windows were covered with dirt and hadn't been cleaned for months. The Resort won't clean the room unless you insist and all they do is empty the rubbish bin and change the towels. The towels though were stained. "Could not fault our stay here, would highly recommend. We had a studio queen & it was very spacious, clean with tasteful colour scheme. Staff were friendly & professional. Meals at the hotel were great & definitely good value for what you got."

"The staff were fantastic. The morning complimenantary breakfast was also very nice."

"Very satisfied with our stay here in one of the Studio Units, would definitely stay here again."

"Close to everything you need"

"Nice place to stay great views!"

"Stayed one night on the way further north. Motel was clean and tidy; just what we needed after an early morning flight and full day of shopping. Staff were absolutely amazing in our brief interactions. Would definitely stay again if passing through."

"It would be really good to be able to get wifi in the rooms, particularly as there was very little free-to-air TV available. Would also be nice to have a few more light dinner options."

"Nice tidy unit, pub next door good for a meal"

"Apartment"

"Great accommodation! We were a family of 6 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. Super clean and great location. Close to the esplanade, Woolworths and whale watching departure. I highly recommend this accommodation."

"Bit dated but we got a very good price to stay so we will definitely be back"

"Great apartment, plenty of space and walking distance to the Bakers Room cafe. Short drive to beaches, pier and shopping centre. Pool and spa were excellent as was the bbq area and table tennis. The unit was nice but a bit battered."

"The bed was not the best, Very firm. But the cabin was great, really clean, excellent size, separate room for main. There were cooking facilities in the cabin which I hadn't realised. Would definitely stay again if going through the area again. The kids LOVED seeing "the big things' Ned Kelly!"

"Convenient place for an overnight stay with the kids"
