"Aka about services/utilities to ensure you book the right room. Older buildings are cheaper but not always the best option. Great front desk staff!"

"Dirty, in disrepair, paper thin walls, terrible mattress. Maybe once you he property is renovated in a couple of years then it might be ok because the location is great but the low price was definitely not worth it for even one night. Worst sleep ever."

"The hotel is in a great waterfront location and is very clean and modern with in room facilities, coffee/ tea and microwave but doesn’t have a lounge, coffee shop, restaurant or bar. All these are readily available within a few steps from the hotel. "Nobody had turned on the heat prior to our arrival. It was freezing cold and took over an hour to warm up"

"Hot tub out of order. Pool was in terrible shape, staff was annoyed by my presence."

"Overall, I really enjoyed my stay! I was thankful to be on the second floor because only one elevator was working, and it was slower than molasses. I ended up taking the stairs pretty much the entire time. On the positive side, the continental breakfast was by far the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! Bacon and sausage every day, omelets, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt, pastries, bagels, toast, fresh fruit, cheese, salsa, plenty of juice and coffee, and even individual cartons of...
