"Excellent attentive service at all times. First class food in the restaurant. Spacious pool, with sauna, steam room and hot and cold plunge pools. Virtually perfect on all counts."

"Very good place to stay for a transit flight. Bed and shower are all good, and there were complimentary bottled water in the room; however, the door lock and power outlet for phone charger did not work."

"This is my 2nd time staying here. I love to stay here the last day of my trip since it’s so close to the airport. Check-in is a breeze. The staff are so nice, helpful and professional. My room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The beds are so comfortable. There is so much to do here like Wonderbox and Cimer. There’s so many food options available throughout the hotel. I would definitely recommend Paradise City."

"We had a wonderful layover stay at the Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise. Our 2 bedroom suite was large, clean and well appointed. We ordered room service after our long flight and the food arrived quickly and was delicious. The robe, slippers and other amenities were much appreciated, and all of the service staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again when I have another layover at ICN. My granddaughter also enjoyed the nice playground area before we left to go back to...

"A very decent place to spend the night before/after your flight. Very easy to find and access with self check in, and a free shuttle to and from the airport. There are a few convenience stores and restaurants nearby which is handy as you don't have to go too far to get food. The room was clean and comfortable which is all you need 😊"

"Clean room staff friendly"
