"이 정도 가격에 이 정도 숙박이면 대체로 만족합니다. 다만 세면용품이 한 가지 밖에 없다는 것과 콘센트가 두 군데? 밖에 없어서 여러 사람 휴대폰 충전도 해야 하는데 좀 불편하다는 정도 빼고는 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 오래되었지만 깨끗했고 부대 시설도 좋았어요."

"I visited the Bongpyeong Buckwheat Flower Festival with my mother. This was my third visit to Phoenix Pyeongchang, and every time I come, I am impressed by the excellent and clean facilities, the friendly service, and the variety of relaxing spaces. It is always a place where I can enjoy myself and feel completely at ease."

"Room was spacious and modern with good amenities. The balcony was a plus. Overall a great stay. Breakfast was really good. The hotel is surrounded by a few food choices and convenience store but it’s easy uber ride to Yongpyong nearby for more options. The resort is ski in and out so it’s super convenient. The resort lobby has a cafe with good coffee, that’s a plus. "
