"Excellent service place and ameneties"

"Room clean breakfast was ok and they have benches in the parking to enjoy the Mountain View. However there are no amenities no pool no hot tub I could have stayed elsewhere for same price with amenities pool would have been great with this hot summer. Or at least not charge same fee as having amenities. I was very disappointed"

"Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok....

"When I book a property I always go directly to the actual site to check out all aminities. The property was NOTHING like the site! We immediately asked for a refund but it was refused. Totally misleading!"

"The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!"

"We loved our stay! The cabin was just as advertised. Cozy and definite mountain vibes. Hiking is a quick drive away as is downtown Blue Ridge. We hiked all day. Went to town for dinner and then ended the day in the hot tub followed by a warm fire. Amy was super responsive. We look forward to going back. "
