Richard & Mark were the perfect hosts! They met us with a warm welcome & made us feel like we were guests in their home. The beach house was perfectly clean and their breakfast was a "Proper English Breakfast." The Seaside path was within walking distance and the view was spectacular. Natalie was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing excellent recommendations and local information. Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. Lovely property with helpful staff. Sundays are busy with the Sunday supper - lots of families - but otherwise a quiet, restful stay!

Quiet, convenient location. Staff was excellent…check-in was super easy and provided information for next day transportation to cruise ship. Restaurant staff was very friendly and the food was delicious.

we had a lovely stay. the lady at the B&B gave us step by step directions to the house when we got lost. Breakfast was wonderful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The only downside was the WiFi ....most of my critical travel apps timed out because it was so slow....or if they opened were extremely slow.

I spent 4 beautiful days there and the staff/team were SO wonderful. They went out of their way to be accommodating to my dietary needs and so many other things. They were absolutely lovely. The hotel itself and surrounding areas were gorgeous.

From the pre-arrival concierge phone call from the UK to Canada asking whether I would like or need anything to enhance my stay and reminding me to bring my swimsuit to take advantage for the beautiful pool and spa to the last interaction at check-out - the Coworth Hotel is totally 5 star. The staff, ambience, grounds and wonderful staff are matchless. I travel frequently - and this experience topped the experience to date & has spoilt me for the future!

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Salisbury. Clean, comfortable, great amenities, quiet, easy check-in and out, easy way to the cathedral. I would definitely choose Peartree again.

Arrived late on Sunday night. After traveling on and off for a week. Denise met me and showed me my room which was beautiful. Nice and clean (had the Rhinefield room) which had an entrance way with own front door with a beautiful bath room plus microwave and refrigerator with tea and coffee making facilities. Had choice of breakfast in room or in their breakfast room. Room was checked daily for clean towels/ tea/ coffee milk etc. Pretty surroundings nice and quiet. Very pleasant and helpful...
