"The property was clean and there was active staff tending to the property and maintenance I have overall no complaints except : 1. I was given a disgusting stained pool towel although you could tell it was clean there was stain that was obviously not removable it looked gross and I hadn’t notice until I was already lining the chair with it . Embarrassing 2. The food options could use more variety especially staying for up to a week Highlight disappointed with no oxtail I would have even paid...

"Beautiful view and excellent service"

"It was a great place for vacation. The hallway gets noisy and the doors slam loudly. Sometimes the tile floors are wet and slippery. There should be additional grab bars in the shower. However the staff was helpful and friendly. The buffet was great. Pool and entertainment was great fun."

"I enjoyed my stay at Azul. The property was beautiful, the staff was fantastic and the food was great. The furniture in the room and certain places were a bit dated but outside of that, everything was fine. The seven mile beach was incredible and they put on a good show at nice, There is a club with a DJ that starts at 11pm and ends around 1. All in all, I had a great time and would visit again."

"Onikeka the morning breakfast and lunch waitress was very helpful and pleasant performance while serving our meals I thought she needed to be recognized."

"If you have any concerns about someone with physical challenges, or an elderly person visiting this resort, you should. There is no handicap accessible entrance for the lazy river, and my mother broke her leg on one of the trips"
