"The hotel is a great hotel they don’t do breakfast but do give you discounts for nearby restaurants which is nice. The walls are paper thin you can hear other peoples movements in surrounding rooms. But overall is pretty decent hotel"

"The bathroom ceiling paint was cracked and peeling. The refrigerator worked very well and clean. Only one elevator was in service during my stay. I feel the Expedia reservation needs to do a better effort in clarifying which Hawthorn Extended Stay hotel is being reserved. There is an older property in Saint Clairsville, Ohio and a newer property in Triadelphia, WV. Saint Clairsville Ohio is 18 miles from the newer West Virginia hotel. "Worst hotel I've ever been to!!! Stayed less than 10 mins and check out. The lobby smelled like cat urine. Everything was blocked off with caution tape. There were cigarette burns in the comforter. Cobwebs throughout the room and the shower was very loud and leaked. It looked like a dump site out our rooms window. Would rather stayed in my car than place. Luckily we were able to book a room at a different hotel."
