"Bathroom had dirt on the floor. There was no Kleenex and only three pillows for a king size bed and two adults. The couch was is poor condition and the towel rack in the bathroom was loose. The bath towels were more like the size of two hand towels sewn together. The staff was friendly and quick at the check-in desk. "

Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. The shower took a long time to heat, so i had a cold shower, but the sink water was just fine, which seemed strange. "When we entered the resident, there was half full trash can. There was urine and toilet paper in the toilet. All the appliances were streaked from attempted cleaning. The backyard was a mess. Kids couldn't play back there. All toys look like they were never cleaned."

"The treehouse was fun and very clean and our check-in instructions were easy to follow. The downsides were that we stayed in the winter and because it’s a treehouse it was pretty cold on the bottom level away from the heater. The top level that had the bedroom was plenty warm. It is also a farm so roosters do crow at 5:30am, so sleeping in may or may not be an option! Also, the ranch cart does not work too well in cold conditions so you may have to walk a bit in the cold.
