"Well, I had a bad experience in the first day. I had an ocean view with balcony. My air conditioner was broken. They switched my room twice until finally had a good room on my last night. I really believe the place is under staffing and needs more customers service."

"The only negative thing I have to say is when we first checked in the room was hot and the fan was very loud and wobbled. We did end up getting a different room because the AC was not working. The staff was super helpful and friendly!! The food was great! The pools were fabulous! We had a blast!!!! Beautiful property!!!"

"This hotel needs an update. Bathroom area needs a refresh, especially the shower stall. The TV in the bedroom was a 29" diagonal, too small for today's standards. The Buffett offerings were good, the food quality was average. Don't order fruit juices at lunch or dinner, you will receive concentrated beverages not natural fruit juices. The front desk staff, the cleaning staff and the rest of the hotel personnell did a great job making you fell wellcomed. The location of this hotel is great. I thought the general pool was too small for the amount of guests that were registered during our visit."
