"We had a standard double room on 7th floor. The room with bathroom was fine, TV had several English language ness channels, we requested a couple of chairs which csme on day 2 (after a reminder). Staff were all very courteous and professional. Band entertainment on 1st night were excellent. Room was not serviced (bins not emptied nor towels not replaced despite hangdoor request being left). New towels and toilet rolls were handed out at reception on request. Location very convenient for rail...
