"When we arrived and tried to check in early we were told our room was not yet ready. But for $40 US dollars we could get a room that was available immediately. We turned it down. 5 mins later we approached the front check in desk again with a request to store a medication that required refrigeration and when that person check our upcoming room number, she stated our room was ready for no additional charge and the refrigerator in our room could accommodate my med needs. Felt somewhat disappointed by how we’re treated and the inappropriate effort to get more cash from us for no added value."

"Large, clean room. No AC or thermostat, with small window that could be opened. Room was a bit warm for me. TV had no cable or live TV. Cannot log in to U.S. streaming services in the E.U. Staff explained that we COULD watch YouTube TV. Staff let us check in an hour early with no surcharge. Breakfast was very good with extended hours of 4am-10am. Literally a 5 minute walk on a paved sidewalk to airport - no taxi needed. Baggage carts available for free in parking lot in front of hotel."

"The hotel is well located in the center of town. The rooms are small and sparsely finished (note: no a/c for those travelling in the summer). Staff are very helpful. The hotel provides a continental breakfastand which is reasonably priced as compared to the local restaurants."

"Clean comfortable room with a decent restaurant in a great location. We stayed on the 4th floor and had a semi private balcony and a nice view. There is free limited parking available in the back of the hotel if you can grab a spot. Staff wasn't outright rude but not the friendliest people ..hence the 4 stars"

"The hotel is in an excellent location. Only a few miles from downtown and from the cruise terminal. Free parking g right outside. The only negative was that our room was hot even with the cool weather outside"

"Stayed here for 4 nights in the balcony room for the eclipse. The staff is excellent and the breakfast was very good. Having Starbucks with indoor access is great, and the location is also great. However, the walls are paper thin and you could hear people walking around above, below and next to you. One night I could easily hear the snoring next door. And worst of all, the mattress is very low quality, too bouncy and springy. The mattress at a random 3 star stop over in South Iceland was better. For the prices this hotel charges, surely they could get better mattresses."
