The staff at this place is amazing so helpful and friendly. We had a big group of family staying for New Years and my sisters 50th bday. They were so accommodating let us play games in the lobby even one night one of the employees brought us cookies. Whatever you guys are doing to make this employees happy it shows. Completely upgraded room, very clean, everything was excellent! As one review mentioned there is a train track across the highway and you can hear muffled voices in the adjacent room- but after a ski day when we sleep, we hear nothing!

Super impressed with this hotel. 1. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. 2. The hotel condition & offerings were great. Comfy lobby, great workout room & pool area, good complimentary breakfast. 3. Rooms were clean and accommodating. 4. Proximity to restaurant options were great. What a nice little hotel! The room and bed were spacious and comfortable. The room amenities were great. The breakfast was actually spectacular. It felt very safe. I did not check out the gym or pool but I wish I had. Some of the front desk folks were more pleasant than others. My room had a view of the front parking lot, which was not great. I see that there were rooms on the other side of the hall that had beautiful views of a snowy wooded area, and I wished I had that view!

This place is a fantastically updated older motel or appartment? Everything was done extremely well. Nice beds (ours had a secondary private bedroom with shared bath) easy parking 30 feet from the entry. Clever use of space makes the place feel larger than it is (and it is not small) perfect for a group of 5 maybe 6 if you roll out the couch. I love the fan in the private bedroom. Great white noise!!!

Exactly as advertised, clean comfortable room that was recently redone. Bed was comfy and we walked everywhere. It was .7 miles to the middle of downtown and about the same to walk to a small beach. For the price you can’t beat it. Nice outside area to relax and be outside.

The hotel is new and very nice and clean. The breakfast was one of the best ones I've had a hotel. The lobby area is large with lots of tables and seating options. There is a nice outdoor seating area with a beautiful view of the mountains. The only complaint is having to pay for parking. I didn't see anything on the website about it and was told when we checked in. It was not a downtown hotel; it seemed totally unnecessary. I don't like hidden fees.

This is truly a unique experience: old time house with modern paintings. Could have stayed more just sitting in front of the fireplace. The winner of our award for best breakfast. Great bed. Very clean. Nothing needed fixing. Be prepared to hike your suitcase up the stairs and to step into an old fashioned bathtub. Very nice neighborhood. We walked to dinner.

Great combination: comfortable, clean hotel room and a restaurant serving outstanding food. All under one well maintained roof. And a full bar, too. An outstanding experience.

The rooms have all been remodeled and are very nice. The one negative is the layout for accessibility in ADA room. There needs to be equal space on both sides of the bed. It was a very tight squeeze for a wheelchair user on the right side of the bed. Sometimes the disabled person doesn’t have a choice on which side of the bed they need to use. A tight space makes it impossible for a caregiver to render aide as needed.
