"Best place"

"Pathetic way to handle customers. Amusement and Water park charges, way of handling customers and hospitality expecially at the reception was pathetic. Untrained recption staff, unconventional resaoning and overpriced speciall for kids. Need loads of improvements. "

"Only one thing is bad here is if you people arrange lunch also supparetly those who are taken rooms at your reauarts means that will be fine"

"2 star"

"A very romantic place on the lake Dal, very friendly and accomodating houseboat owner and boat driver, definitely recommendable, I would go there for a second time!"

"The private beach is an excellent place to chill. Very good food and service all round. Spacious rooms."

"The resort is too old. Rooms r big but not well furnished.food for Room service is very limited . Resort is not maintain professionaly. They dont mind because of they r always booked. Somebody told me that their new resort named Gulmohar is good. But this old property is not worth. In a short u will stay in 4 star hotel or resorts for what this resort charge.cleanliness is also ok. "
