family run hotel that is amazing. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. We even had a small balcony. The hotel was a mere 5 minute walk from St. George's and the heart of historic Madaba. We had a 15 minute drive out to Mt. Nebo. The breakfast buffet was excellent and we ate in the hotel restaurant for supper and had traditional Jordanian mansaf that was worth the trip. "In theory, staying next to an upscale outdoor entertainment area is nice. In reality, the noise level is inescapable. You’re either facing the street, where cars are blasting music and groups of people are yelling, or you’re facing the Boulevard, where crowds are present until the wee hours of the morning. "Marah and Obaydah at the reception were supper helpful. They helped us check in we were about 12 guests. Walked us through the facilities and services. Marah was so patient and friendly throughout the process. Had a smile on her face the entire time. The staff throughout the resort were fantastic and supper friendly. Breakfast and dinner had variety of options definitely worth paying for it. "

"This was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The facilities are clean, outdoor pools are large and the private beach makes all the difference. Breakfast was also delicious and the staff make sure you are looked after well. Specific mention to Saddad at the front desk who looked after us and gave us a really high level of service. I don’t have any criticism only that there isn’t an indoor pool, and the gym is slightly more dated but still runs well. "

"Our stay at the Kempinski Dead Sea was truly wonderful, and while the property is beautiful and luxurious, it was the amazing staff that made the experience exceptional. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their genuine hospitality and thoughtful service truly set this hotel apart. The views, food, and facilities were all excellent—but it’s the people that make Kempinski unforgettable. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!"
