Great Resort, unbeatable location and wonderful staff. We had the best time of our life over the 8 days spent in the hotel just last week. Could not ask for more. Staff is so friendly, amenities are amazing and management makes you wish all hotels were this well managed. Although quite a distance from the Pacific Northwest, we may consider visiting the Maldives again and staying at Baros.

We decided to book our honeymoon at Veligandu just 4 weeks before our wedding and we could not be any happier. Went here on our honeymoon. We have nothing negative to say about this place. They have so many restaurants to eat from and so many activities to choose from, you won’t get bored. Our room was an overwater villa. It was cleaned twice a day by Jashim. He really went out of his way to make our room look neat and organized. Absolutely fantastic location, facility and staff. One of the most enjoyable vacations I’ve ever experienced. The location is mesmerizing; the facility itself is breathtakingly beautiful and extremely well-maintained; and the staff are unbelievably courteous, friendly and hard-working. Amazing resort with exceptional staff. We were met at the airport and it took us less than 5 minute to be on the speed boat. We then were met with Karen .... We stayed at Taj Exotica Resort for 3 days for our honeymoon during last week of Nov 2014 and it was just amazing. The resort is very beautiful with warm sandy beaches and turquoise blue waters. The entire island can be covered by foot in about 20 minutes or less. It has good restaurants and bar, also the Spa is very calm and relaxing. MY STAY AT KAGI WAS AMAZING. I booked an overwater villa on the ocean (water can be rough) so I recommend booking a lagoon villa. We changed our room with no issues. The staff here was amazing, customer service was absolutely on point. The island is small, quaint, quiet, beautiful. You feel like you are staying on your own personal island. Amazing experience at the Westin. From the natural beauty of the island to the excellent service and food we had this one of the best vacations we’ve had to date. All 3 restaurants were superb. Chef Min even made us tandoori chicken and biryani via special order that was amazing. We also did a sea turtle/manta snorkel trip that was unforgettable. We have stayed twice at BT Vabbinfaru and the beauty of the resort coupled with the consistently high level of service, friendliness & warmth of the staff has exceeded all of our expectations twice over. A well maintained very expensive all inclusive resort. They have challenges with their food diversity and quality. It is extremely inconsistent.

Nice stay prior to our morning flight. Airport transfer was via taxi and was included in the rate. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was fabulous, better than the fancy resort we had just come from. Thomas, the owner of the hotel, was personable and friendly and we enjoyed our conversations. Would definitely stay again.

It was really cool to be able to watch the stingrays pass-by from your room and to be able to go snorkeling right from your room. The candle-light dinner by the beach was an amazing experience. We started by doing the "All Inclusive" plan the first day but quickly realized that the regular meal option worked way better for us.

Truly the best hotel in Maldives. It was the first hotel I've been in Maldives and after that I've seen another 5 hotels: Cheval Blanc, Jumeirah, One&Only, Conrad and etc. It is my second time in Soneva Fushi and I need to say that this hotel is the best on every aspect. The transfers were very easy, however it is quite far from the main Male airport and takes about 2 hours to get there in total. Food was great, entertainment and staff though the rooms were a bit outdated and could use a remodel - Price per night reflects this though, in comparison to the rest of the Maldives.

Absolutely amazing experience and would highly recommend this resort to both families or couples totally unforgettable :)
