"Front lobby smelled very good! Check in went fast. Gentlemen working wasnt the friendliness. Room was very hot,over two hours later went back downstairs to ask why the room was so hot,he said he just turned the air on! Every staff member was super friendly. Breakfast was the same all 4 days. Overall great experience."

I loved my stay, staff was nice, property and surrounding area was nice, only thing is I was on the second floor and the people above me were incredibly loud.. other than that the hotel Itself was great, and the breakfast was also great!!!

We stayed at this hotel for one night on a roadtrip. It was well located, close to restaurants and attractions in Lawrence. The room and bed were very comfortable. Parking was convenient and free. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had. We will stay here again.

I had to book the fairly quickly for a funeral and didn’t pay much attention to the room on line, so imagine my delight when I realized it had a full size fridge, stovetop and cooking utensils. Although I did not use much of those amenities, I would have had I realized it had it. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I would book there again.

We have stayed at this property several times. Have had no issues. Hotel is in an area which I feel safe taking outdoor walks. Very quiet location even being in the flight path of Kansas City International Airport. This is one we will likely visit again.

We went on a couples night out on a Thursday so it wasn’t very busy. When everyone says you can smell the smoke from the casino, there wasn’t any. The desk guy says on busy or concert night it probably is smoky. Room was clean and quiet. Ample parking. Good breakfast. Will return soon
