The property was beautiful and staff wonderful. Spa and pool lovely. Centrally located. Breakfast was expensive and staff less than helpful in getting coffee.

The Brenners Hotel and Spa property is simply sublime and exquisite. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and form the back drop for relaxing moments sipping beverages or enjoying quiet time. The Fritz and Felix restaurant is excellent and among the best in Baden Baden. The bar is gorgeous and the bartenders and service staff in general are all on top of their game.

Couldn't have enjoyed my stay more! I had just arrived after 30 hours of traveling. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating to a tired, non-German speaking guest. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and every amenity, including a complimentary minibar. It is very convenient to the Old Town (5-10 minute walk) with so many restaurants and shops. The desk staff and concierge were wonderful: helpful, prompt and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and the breakfasts offered a huge and delicious variety of cereals, breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, coffees, teas, and more.

Hands down the best spa spring resort hotel ever! I will return and miss it already.

Most excellent location, has underground parking, adjacent to Casino and walking to shopping, dining and thermal spa. We booked our stay last minute as usual, but got a great room with view of city. Breakfast buffet was on point, good choices. Royal Spa use is free, fee for other treatments.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. This is the quintessential German resort hotel, unbelievable property that has us finding new rooms and experiences each day. In the middle of hiking country with e-bikes easily rented. The food and service was impeccable, can’t speak more highly!

Everything great until morning when there was not hot water in the athroom.

The Erbprinz has very comfortable rooms and a very nice restaurant. The downside was that they have a smoking lounge at the front of the hotel and in the winter the smoke from there is blown all the way to the back of the hotel and up the tower. So at night my room on the fifth floor of the tower started to smell like smoke and I had to open the windows to deal with the smell. The front desk said that they have other rooms in a different section of the hotel that didn't have this problem.

We arrived during the evening hours and someone from the reception greeted us and went over and explained about the room and hotel facilities (inc SPA). Room was super! very large, felt well maintained and clean, and had access to a terrace. The breakfast room and food were absolutely gorgeous. We can go on and on about how beautiful the breakfast room is, and the food and drinks were superb.
