"Die Lage des White Rocks Hotels ist zweifellos wunderschön. Die Anlage ist ruhig und gepflegt, und das Meeresrauschen vor allem in der Nacht ist herrlich. Für uns war jedoch ein großes Manko, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt, im Freien zu frühstücken. Gerade bei dieser traumhaften Lage wäre das ein echtes Highlight. "The pool area was beautifully landscaped with olive trees, gorgeous flowers, plants and an abundance of rosemary. We did feel a little disappointed the pool was within the hotel rather than facing out to sea. It gave the impression the hotel could be anywhere. Visitors need to be aware of the construction work below of a new, very large hotel. Only the roofs are visible fortunately, but there is some noise if you go to the nearest small beach. Only our bathroom door was broken, wouldn’t close without a push and a noisy crack.Beds were not comfortable at all. Mattress firm. Pillows hard. We had double bed made from two single beds, massive gap in between, sliding apart. Air conditioning noisy.Too hot without it, so we had to use it. Towels not changed daily. "Great property and location.Our room was on the second floor offering great ocean views. 10 min walk to the Main Street with shops and restos. 15-20 min walk to Makri Gialo beach with crystal blue turquoise water and sandy beach. Fabulous pool with sunbeds and full bar for drinks and snacks. 10 min drive to the main city of Argostoli with greater choices. In all a wonderful stay in Kefalonia."
