"Clean room, comfy bed, bit noisy"

"The hot springs were the reason we drove to Harrison and they were amazing. The resort itself is quite dated and could use updating. Our bed was uncomfy unfortunately, but we were just there for one night. However the view from our rooms balcony was fantastic! We were a little annoyed when we pulled up to the resort as there was a movie being filmed and it was very loud and chaotic, but the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded our room and put us on the opposite side of the film production so it was a bit quieter. I don’t think we’d stay there again but the hot springs is definitely worth paying the daily rate to access! "

"Toilet was missing a hose so there was no flush. TV wasn’t connected to the cable box because there was no HDMI cable. Front door to the lobby was broken Overall maintenance of the hotel is dated and the walls, doors, washrooms were unclean with obvious signs of wear and tear. Staff did as good as a job as they could with how busy they were but the hotel needs higher standards in terms of basic cleanliness and presentation."

"This place was great, clean, staff friendly. Sort of in a weird area but close to the Hwy. Tie breakfast was satisfactory. Parking was ok. I’d stay here again if needed. "

"Hotel was overrun with kids screaming and banging on walls and doors for hours, till the parents were all finally given an ultimatum around 11pm. The night manager did his best; but when I felt forced to check out early because of how ruined my evening was, I was told they couldn’t (wouldn’t?) issue a refund. "
