Incredible experience with a wonderful team. Manager Boniface assisted with every request with humor, grace and efficiency. Lawrence and the dining crew knew all our names, preferences and helped us with whatever we needed. The safari guides were stellar and knew all the wildlife and got us access to wherever we wanted to go. A wonderful experience!!

Beautiful, elegant and comfy resort. The spa is definitely worth a visit.. Dining, outside bar and pools all added to a wonderful, relaxing experience. Not having access to the beach at the resort was a bit disappointing (wish it was clearly stated on Expedia) but shuttle to their sister resort (the little Gelato place made up for it;) with access to the beach was very convenient. Will be back for a longer stay.

This was my first stay at the intrepids camp and it was an amazing experience. From our fantastic game drives to the hotel service, every experience was beyond my expectations. Great staff and we highly recommend Raph as the game driver. He was well experienced and found us a leopard every day we went out, not to mention all the other amazing animals as well.

We scheduled to have a car pick us up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. My wife and I were picked up by a very friendly employee (Antony) who introduced us to his city and taught us about the area during the drive. There was quite a bit of traffic at the time we landed, so the drive to the hotel took almost an hour. Was lovely and friendly hotel

I went with my husband and kids and it was wonderful. The à la carts restaurant was very good for dinner and there were lots of options for dinner. There were lots to do for kids including a maze, an animal orphanage, fishing and taking their dogs out for a walk. Benson ensured we were happy with our rooms so we appreciated his cheerful help! We had a great time! They arranged a wonderful safari for us with Francis. Ask for the feather pillows.

Went there for an agroecology conference; excellent conference venue, but rather isolated from Nairobi; very convenient for the airport! Very friendly, helpful staff and great breakfasts!

I stayed at the Sarova Stanlet on 2 occasions during an 8 day stay in Kenya and my stays were excellent. The staff is courteous, accommodating, and made great suggestions on what to do while in Nairobi. The delicious daily buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the Thai restaurant in the hotel serves some of thee most delicious Thai food I've ever eaten in the world. All the staff were professional, polite and very graceful. The front desk ,the bar service and the dining staff both for breakfast and dinner were friendly and very personable. I appreciated that they moved us to a suite (to accommodate one more person ) and upon welcoming me us there was a sign at the main entrance with my family’s name and our USA flag welcoming us. That was quite surprising and a great touch. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Best PEREZ/ USA

Norfolk Fairmont is easily the classiest and most beautiful hotel we have stayed in. Everything including staff and service are unparalleled. Plus it's Nairobi's oldest hotel, where US President Roosevelt, British royalty, Ernest Hemingway and a score of other historical figures have stayed - and loved.

We love our stay at Emayan. We went with our 2 daughters (5 and 9). The staff was very friendly and kind with each of us. The food was delicious, with a variety of options, and several courses. The location was safe and the Masai staff kept us safe day and night. We booked this vacation last minute and we needed extra help and recommendations for our next city in Kenya.
