"This is by far a 5 star . The mngt. Staff in ever aspect are phenomenal. The place is super clean. The best shower. Service is exceptional 24/7. I arrived at 23:30 to great customer service. This is my favorite hotel. They meet every tick. I wish other hotels would be so customer focused. Well done Protea Fire and Ice gateway you are 5 star for me. Value for money and the best location with secure parking."
