"Me and my wife went here for some relaxing and a good beach time, stayed at the hotel for 9 days and it was a very good experience, the hotel staff are very nice and helpful, the hotel is very close to the beach and most of the street there is palomino has everything you need, lots of foreign travelers in the area, and it shows on the price there, move some away from the main street and beach to get some cheaper prices on everything"

I tried to reach out to the hotel to request an airport service, but did not get any response from the hotel. "The property itself is beautiful. The restaurant offers tasty vegetarian options. The common areas are well maintained. In my opinion, the only downside was the poor communication from the staff and the lack of managerial oversight. There was a power outage during my stay, which is not uncommon for the area at this time of year. However, the lack of any meaningful communication from the staff turned a mundane situation into an unnecessarily uncomfortable one. "
