I arrived to find access to the place was locked and had received no instructions as to how to access my room. "when we arrived at the door everything was closed and no one to welcome you. we never receive a notice that we need a code to have access to the hotel. we had to call 2 times to understand how to enter to the hotel. the room was very small and mot well organize. it is almost impossible to use the shower without spill water everywhere in the bathroom. plugs are not well dispatched. the kettle needs to be used on the floor. the principal door. the room is to expensive for the amenity"

"The apartment is extremely clean, well eqipped and in a great location.The pool area was well kept and never too busy, so terrific for either a quick dip or a sunbathe. This apartment is very close to the Arenal in Javea, so great for access to the beach, restaurants and bars. All communications with the host and the lady who oversees the apartment were efficient, friendly and prompt. I highly recommend this venue."
