The bathroom was falling apart, plumbing in disrepair, no shower curtain, only 2 bath towels (no hand or face towels) and only a chunk of soap. Ceiling light was hanging down by the wires. The WiFi did not extend to our room. There were dogs barking all night and then a rooster beginning at 5AM. The neighbourhood was noisy and seemed unsafe.
