"Our family of three stayed overnight in Jammu on the way back from Vaishnodevi. Location was perfect and room was of a comfortable size. However, plumbing work in the bathroom was unfinished. We had to shift rooms and make use of different bathrooms, as things did not work and plumbers were not available on site. Hot water was not available in the morning despite multiple reminders. The owner is operating as a front desk for the deluxe houseboats at Dal lake as earmarked by the houseboat owners' association. A special word for the Reception Manager Mr Kuljeet - he was very helpful and ready to assist in every question you had. He made my stay very comfortable. Mr Namgayal the owner is a very pleasant person and a great host. The boy in the restaurant Mr Raj was also wonderful and made sure every request was attended to.
