Car park is extremely small so get everything out before parking up. You have to leave your room number and phone number so people can ring you if they need to get there car out. "Our second stay. A really nice hotel with a great view over the Pleasure Beach. The hotel is very clean. I am not keen on buffet breakfasts but others seemed to enjoy it. The service was good but I would recommend two members of staff on reception at checking in times, we had to queue a while. The wine in the room was a nice touch but we could not drink it as we do not like red and we could only swap it for Chardonnay, which we don’t like either, unable to swap for Sauvignon.
