"Excellent hotel just off the top of the Spanish steps. Complimentary breakfast served daily with both hot and cold options. Staff was helpful when needed, and gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine for our Honeymoon. Room had a private balcony that was nice and had a decent view. I Would gladly return to this hotel."

"Easy location to walk to see things."

"Excelente hotel."

"Sauberes Zimmer, ausreichendes Frühstück, tolle Roof Top Bar, gute Anbindung ans Öffi Netz"

"Excellent breakfast, good bus service to Colosseum and center of Rome"

"The breakfast choices were expansive - including all they could think of to please foreign travelers- however, the eggs were always cold and the pastries were lacking. I would have loved to have had a legit buttery cornetto instead of a soft bready thing that looked like a croissant. But that is the only complaint I can come up with. The staff was fabulous and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and we loved having aperitivo on the rooftop bar."

"Great time for our final night in Rome. My only complaint was the shower was very small and had a draining issue which hopefully has been addressed."

"Very good service and generous."

"Excellent stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were professional and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is situated not really in close proximity to stores, restaurants, or any tourist spots, probably 20mins max. Our room was on the 1st floor, very small in everything- the safe is just for wallets/cellphone stuffs, tv was 20inch @ 7ft high!-can't see much if you're not 20/20 & English channels were MTV(old) + 2! The room is old, furniture & walls were feeling off and the bathroom is tiny, shower glass door is flimsy, stall is about 2x3ft, you literally bumped on walls. The sink is so...

"We loved the terrace breakfasts and late night drinks on the rooftop patio. The staff was consistently kind and accommodating. The central location made getting to/from all the historical sites on foot much easier. We'll book Ruby Hotels in the future. Thank you!"
