Check-in was smooth even though we arrived around 3 AM. The staff member at reception was very polite and welcoming. I’d also like to mention the security staff (I didn’t catch his name) who was extremely friendly—he kindly picked us up from reception and dropped us right at our room door 786,which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a very good stay.

We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. We arrived around 1 AM, and although I don’t remember the name of the person who checked us in, he was very polite and welcoming. I would also like to specially thank the security staff member, Mohammad Sharif, who kindly escorted us from reception to our room. He was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay. If we visit Italy again, we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

Relaxing location but the check in process is a joke! Messaged before arriving to see if we could check in early and they said yes if its available, when we arrived they said no check in is at 2, didnt even check if it was available. Then you have to get a ticket and wait to be called to check in, no one even told us you needed a ticket. There are around 30 people waiting to check in and each one takes 10-20 minutes. We had a room for 3 and the 3rd bed wasnt even made up, all blankets were still in cupboard. There were also stains (looked like blood) on the floor No cups or anything in the room either, wouldnt hurt to put some plastic cups or even a kettle with coffee facilities in Toilet didnt flush properly and leaked from the tank

This was a nice place to stay, the only problems are they didn't tell us how to use the lights they just gave us the card, the hot water does not last long ,if it's able to last longer they did not tell us, but the room was clean, the staff was nice and the grounds were well kept, everything you need is there including the bus.

We stayed here when visiting Rome and had a double tent - the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the room/tent was secure. It was close to transit and being able to come back and soak in the pool after walking in Rome all day was wonderful. It is very family friendly.
