I have stayed at the Alamo for many years now. I love the convenience of walking to Disneyland, parking my car is included with my stay. This hotel is clean and I always feel safe. It's quiet with comfy beds. Great water pressure for showering or bathing. The refrigerator and microwave make bringing my own food convenient. Amazing staff who are super helpful.

I requested a 1st floor room due to my mobility issues. They granted that request and even UPGRADED my room to a suite with wider doors and a roll-in shower! The free breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles, eggs, bacon, various cereals and various breads, bagels and muffins. The check-in was very smooth and friendly. I will definitely be staying at La Quints again!

initially, I was upset because I was charged then told that my reservation was not in the system. Upon further review, the manager quickly alerted me that I had booked for Sunday and not Saturday as I had originally thought. she was patient and very professional and accommodating me although it was my error. I owe her tremendous gratitude and great customer service followed. The room I had was clean recently remodeled and she took a negative and turned to a positive. Thank you both.

This is a hidden gem just minutes away from the Venice beach with free parking and spacious and clean room! Owner Tom super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Very close to all the surf schools.

I showed up at the Royal Palace with my back completely thrown out while on a solo roadtrip and was very moved by the staff's kindness. They helped me get into my room early so I could lie down, and when it unexpectedly got much worse they helped me extend my stay and even brought me a fork when my food delivery was missing one! Clean, quiet, and my bunk mates are courteous and friendly! It’s nice to meet people from different parts of the world. The location is great! Walking distance to many things. My first experience in a hostel! Will do it again!

The property is a little outdated. The smell of it was definitely old ocean sea water as you enter. The kitchen and common area is also outdated but for the overall price it was well worth it. We had gotten the comfort room and it was on the opposite side of where all the pubs are so it was quiet and we slept through the night. The view of our room was awesome. Cute towel elephant on the bed when we arrived! Great view of fireworks! Very reasonable walk to Disney parks! Good free breakfast and lot of options for restaurants in lobby with no fee for room service. Very quiet -- never heard any neighbors, though plenty of people were there at breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Parking should be included with the stay..and cashless at the bar and cafe is not cool. Especially when they have a cash tip box on the counter. So many dinning options in walking distance was nice!

Property was quiet beds were comfortable room was clean. Only downside people drinking outside their cars by the smoking section made it look ghetto
