Awesome stay!

This is the 2nd time I stayed at Vivanta Pune. The service is just excellent. Their attention to our needs is amazing!! A young woman who works at the Reception and was our "go to" person. She went over and above to make sure we were comfortable. She even called Expedia and Taj Reservations to make sure we got a refund for the extra night that we'd made by mistake. Top class staff. Great view of the Lake

I visited Pune for the first time with my family and booked a 2 bedroom suite at the Marriott. While the beautifully spacious and artfully decorated suite was such a pleasant surprise, the service we received was truly unforgettable. I fell sick the night we checked in and the Manager Sagar promptly arranged for a doctor to come to our room, for a lab technician to do a blood test in my room and delivered the prescription medicines ordered by the doctor to my room along with multiple cans of...

Very good, but very expensive. There are some rooms that are very average and some at the same price which are very good as they are still under renovation. It all depends on how you negotiate with the front desk.

I wanted to thank all the support team at the entrance and front desk. We had a great time with my family and spent two nights happily.

Excellent stay

Very nice property, I would stay there again next time. The only challenge was getting there by Uber is tricky, the roads are bumpy and under construction. Use a car not auto-rickshaw.
