"Excellent staff and check in process. Amenities very well maintained. Good restaurants. Hallways a bit humid."

"There was some kind of noise like someone pushing stool or chair from upper room.so they shifted me from 2nd floor to 6th floor .Here also the same kind of noise, not sure where the noise is coming from in spite of several complaints Totally disappointed with the stay. Dinner was included in the stay but the quality was not good for its 5 star rating. Also felt poor service in dining hall as no one bothered to wish you and ask what I needed .This was not for 1 nite but thru out 5 nites of stay"

"部屋は綺麗でスタッフの対応も非常に良い 空港から近いが荷物が無ければ徒歩圏内"

"Excellent stay"

"Hotel looks really good, the rooms are outdated, I had a non smoking room but the rooms did feel like a smoking smell was in the room. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I had imagined, the buffet breakfast was also not upto expectation. I was staying 1 night so it was ok, I would not book again."
